The wonderful team members
The current team comprises of the following four members.

Ann Kihagi
The Executive DirectorThe personnel collaborate with the Regional Center, the individuals in need of support, together with their family/next of kin to develop an individualized service plan (ISP) for care. With a report on the individual’s needs, the Executive Director assigns a Direct Services Supervisor who later oversees a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide, as needed services, are assigned and appropriately oriented. The officer, is concerned with implementation of the set objectives and generally managing the day-to-day activities. The roles are to coordinate various activities undertaken by the various supervisors, other workers and liaising with ACRC to ensure realization of the expected outcomes.

John Wachira
Operations OfficerThe person focuses on ensuring that activities in the back-office run appropriately and generally provide back up to the smooth implementation of set objectives. This could include coordination of required tools of work - like computers, vehicles, fuel, follow up and engaging generic services and logistics. Work could also comprise engaging contractors and consultants to provide services like accounts/book keeping and cleaners who facilitate certain parts of the implementation of goals set forth.

Direct Services Supervisor
The person shall be in charge of one or more worksites to ensure the set goals and activities are completed efficiently and effectively by the staff allocated the tasks. And generally ensuring individual needs are met as stipulated in the Individual Program Plan (IPP) and the Individual Service Plan (ISP).

The Direct Support Professional
These are available to assist the individual at their home or as needed in line with the stipulated hours/schedule, plan of care and together with the individual, both realize a positively productive day/shift.
